We are a very customer service driven company and energetic and friendly greetings are the building blocks of great customer service.
This is a full-time, temporary position in our new Tangent facility.
We have a relatively small administrative staff and the receptionist will have some of the following responsibilities; Greeting customers, answering phones, monitoring emails, making work orders and general office and clerical duties.
Must be very outgoing, energetic and friendly, able to engage customers on various levels.
Able to adapt to different personalities.
Willing to work in an industrial setting (yes, you may get your hands dirty once in a while).
Must have some previous customer service experience or have worked with the public.
You will be trained to fill out job orders, customer information, create invoices and packing slips and schedule jobs.
We have a relatively casual dress code for the office and expect anyone making customer contact to be clean and well groomed with no face or neck tattoos and no distracting face piercings.
This is a customer facing position.
This will be a 32-40 hour per week position.
No nights, no weekends, no holidays.
Basic computer skills required.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
The position at this time is Temporary, running from immediate to February 1, 2024.
Depending on job performance and possible turnover, there may be and opportunity for regular full time employment.
As mentioned, we are looking to fill this position immediately.
This would be a great opportunity for someone to build a bit of a work history if new to the job market.
