Hvac Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
o Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacemento Enter completed projects and the parts used into the databaseo Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagramso Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customerso Quote customers for the costs of HVAC repairs, replacements, and services
Qualifications:
o Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenseso Earned HVAC school degree or 1
years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalento Physically able to lift 50lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with helpo Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solvero Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's licenseo Pass pre-employment drug screen, including marijuanao Pass a pre-employment background checko Must have an insurable driving recordo Advanced customer service skillso Must be able to operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe mannero 2-3 Years experience as HVAC Residential/Commercial Service Technician, including Ductless Heat Pumps, Electric and Gas Furnaces:
Air Conditioning Systems, and Gas Fireplaces/InsertsQualifications desired:
o Universal EPA Certification/Trainingo Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School/NATE certified preferredAbout Company:
